USN DIET FUEL ULTRALEAN

I bought this product when I was a bit low on funds, first off, to say its for weight loss, its quite high in calories and fat, I also noticed that it was made of 96 % whey concentrate (Which is one of the lowest quality proteins out there), I took this for two months (I bought two tubs) and I didn't really see the results I'd seen with other products, I saw some growth in my arms and some weight loss, but overall the product was average. It's a safe product to buy and the company is respected, and its not an awful product, but for me I would only buy this again should I not have enough cash for other companies products like Optimum Nutrition or Muscletech

Back at the beginning of last year, I opted to replace one meal a day with this, and would mix it with skim milk. It tasted absolutely lovely, and for a while as I took it, I did find it effective, but not to an amazing amount. I had the Caffe Latte flavour, and I'm an absolute sucker for coffee flavours, even better when quite milky, so it was absolutely heavenly, and had a really nice, thick consistency to it which I loved. However I wouldn't personally opt to use this as a meal replacement in the future, or at least have it alongside a small meal instead of as the meal itself. It was a good product and was quite effective but you're better off having a simple meal of oats, milk and some form of protein.
