Each portion contains 52 g of high-quality protein, including 11–12 g of naturally occurring BCAAs + 3 g of creatine and, depending on flavour, up to 243 g carbohydrates and low in sugars*.

A daily intake of 3 g of creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high intensity exercise. The 5 vitamins (vitamin C, niacin, pantothenic acid, vitamin B6 and folate) included also contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, while the protein supports both growth as well as maintenance of muscle mass. There is a small hole in the foil seal under the lid of all our powder cans. This hole is necessary and is designed to prevent the can from warping by equalising any pressure during transport. DIRECTIONS FOR SUPER MASS GAINER Add 2 ½ Cups of Super Mass Gainer to 24-32 oz. of water or 32 oz. of whole milk. Blend for 30-45 seconds. Add ice cubes, fruit or other ingredients as desired and blend for an additional 30-45seconds.
NOTE Using milk will provide a thicker, creamier, higher-calorie shake. Shaker-cup friendly when using 1/2 serving or less. Shake for 30-45 seconds to allow for proper mixing.
