I’ve been using PLATINUM 100% OMEGA FISH OIL for about a month, and I’ve noticed my skin is much smoother and clearer. However, I didn’t feel any extra energy during my workouts or any improvement in muscle recovery. I’ll keep using it for my skin but don’t expect too much from it in terms of energy.
