NATURE'S BOUNTY BIOTIN 10000 MCG

You get a lot of softgels for what you pay. Compared to other brands in the local market, this is a much better deal. My nails are so strong now that I actually have to trim them twice a week. I really wanted to like this because of the Nature's Bounty reputation, but 10,000 mcg is just too high for me. I started getting itchy skin and some redness on my neck after just four days of use. I think my body is sensitive to such a high concentration of B7. If you have sensitive skin, maybe start with a lower dose first. I had to stop taking them unfortunately.
