Better Heart Support and Gym Performance

I started taking MP Essentials Fish Oil for overall health but I noticed gym benefits too. My stamina feels improved and my body feels less inflamed after long workouts. The softgels are smooth and easy to take daily. I love keeping this in my essentials.

Stronger Recovery and Less DOMS

This fish oil has been a steady support for my training routine. I lift heavy and usually get intense soreness, but now it feels more manageable. My joints feel more “lubricated” and I don’t feel as tight after cardio days. Very clean supplement with no harsh smell.

Didn’t Feel Much Difference

I used this Fish Oil for almost 2 weeks and honestly didn’t feel any major change. Maybe it needs longer, but I expected faster joint relief. Also the bottle arrived slightly dented which didn’t look good. Might try another brand next time.

Good Supplement but Capsules Are Big

The quality seems fine and I didn’t get any fishy burps, but the capsules are a bit too big for me. I had trouble swallowing them and had to take them with a lot of water. Results were okay but not amazing for the price.

Helped My Shoulder Pain a Lot

My shoulder used to feel irritated after pressing movements. Since adding MP Essentials Fish Oil, it feels calmer and I’m able to train without that sharp discomfort. I like that it’s simple, no extra fillers, just works. Will reorder for sure.
