Description

Mass gainer powder for preparing a nutritional protein and carbohydrate drink enriched with creatine and L-glutamine. Designed for adults performing high intensity excercise. Protein contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass. Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high intensity exercise, beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of creatine.

HOW TO USE Mix 2 scoops of powder (100 g) with 200-400 ml of water or skimmed milk. Use 1 serving 45-75 minutes before workout and 1 serving immediately after workout. During non-training days use 1 serving between meals.
