Mass gainer powder for preparing a nutritional protein and carbohydrate drink enriched with creatine and L-glutamine. Designed for adults performing high intensity excercise. Protein contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass. Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high intensity exercise, beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of creatine.
HOW TO USE
Mix 2 scoops of powder (100 g) with 200-400 ml of water or skimmed milk. Use 1 serving 45-75 minutes before workout and 1 serving immediately after workout. During non-training days use 1 serving between meals.

This has been one of the most powerful mass gainers I’ve tried
This is one of the best mass gainers at this price. I gained 4.1kg with improved strength and muscle fullness. The combination of 30g protein, creatine and glutamine is effective. Chocolate taste is rich and mixes perfectly. Highly recommend.
Bad Ass Mass gives okay weight gain but the chocolate flavor is too sweet and artificial. I feel heavy after drinking it and sometimes get gas. It works but I probably won’t buy it again because of the taste.
Since using Bad Ass Mass my workouts feel better. More energy, better pump and faster recovery. I gained 3kg cleanly. The flavor is good and it doesn’t cause heavy bloating like some other gainers. Recommended.
