If many fitness trainer can not increase your weight, you will say that your genetics will not grow as much as you want.The real thing is that anyone can raise the weight, just not only the weight they can make the muscle much bigger.Just need two things is very necessary which is 1. Proper food 2. Perfect exercise.

Genetics is not matter. It does not help to reduce or gaining fat. I will not be able to reduce my genetics.Just start to exercising with someone. If someone's body is better than you, It's not that his/her gynecologist is good. Stop falsifying!
keep maintain your food and exercise. Keep in mind that the best body come from a hard work .Everyone will be a good body. you are making a good bodies and no one else can do it . So give the right advice to the new ones. Believe in yourself and do not give up.
