DIRECTION FOR PLATINUM HYDROWHEY Platinum Hydrowhey® is INSTANTIZED, so it always mixes up easily and completely. Simply add 1 scoop of Platinum Hydrowhey® to a blender, shaker cup, or glass filled with 12 ounces of cold water, milk, or juice and blend, shake, or stir for 20-30 seconds or until powder is dissolved. TIP: Adjust the intensity of your Platinum Hydrowhey® shake by varying the amount of liquid you use to prepare it. For a slightly thicker consistency with a bolder flavor, mix each scoop with 10 ounces of water. For a milder tasting less sweet shake, use 14-16 ounces of liquid per scoop.

Premium Quality You Can Feel

The first thing I noticed was how clean and light it feels on the stomach. My muscle definition improved dramatically around week two. If you’re training six days a week like me, this protein is a blessing. Really professional-grade product.

Not Worth the Hype for Me

I know a lot of people love this whey, but for me the results were average. I didn’t feel any major improvement in recovery or strength compared to my previous isolate. Maybe my body just responds differently. For the price, I wanted more.

Honestly, the results are okay but the taste didn’t impress me at all. Felt a bit artificial and the aftertaste stayed too long. I expected something smoother for the price I paid. Might switch to another brand next time.
