i purchase this product for making pan cake.

I love this product for some many reasons! The choice of flavours is incredible and I usually refrain and go for chocolate flavours first to compare but I went straight for the lemon cheesecake, I had to! Ha. I haven't tried the latte flavour yet but I will be doing just for the additional caffeine which is a great idea. The isolate is less than 100 calories per serving but still a decent 21g of protein. Amazing on all fronts!

I have tried this premium grade whey isolate protein in a selection of the available flavours and so far all of them have been quite nice, this is very easy for me to keep drinking without becoming boring or sickly, i like the super smooth and light texture to this protein which makes it work well when consumed after a range of varied high intensity workouts without causing problems with digestion and feelings of sickness, this has been working awesome to promote muscular recovery and works even better when i take this in combination with some of the 100% L-Glutamine also produced by BioTechUSA to reduce DOMS or (Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness) making it easier for me to still train hard during my intense training phases when i tend to carb cycle to meet my fat loss goals. The chocolate flavour is very good and is clean and bold whilst being slightly sweet, this is not way to strong tasting or bitter like some of the other chocolate flavoured whey isolates that i have tried making this work well to fight off any chocolate cravings which i sometimes get on a regular basis during my dieting phases, i tend to mix this with some of the powdered peanut butter products during my recomping phases to form richer tasting protein shakes that provide more calories and protein to support gains in lean muscle mass and strength, i have mixed this with just water lately to keep the calories down but this can be mixed with some almond or soy based milks to form richer better tasting protein shakes to make this more enjoyable to keep consuming. I have tried a range of the flavours and really like this chocolate version and easily give it 10/10 if you are new to this protein and looking for one of the better tasting flavours then you cannot go wrong with the chocolate.
