DIRECTIONS FOR TRUE-MASS

True Mass 1200 is doing a great job. I put on 4.2kg while training 5 days a week. The flavor is smooth and enjoyable with cold milk. 1200 calories per serving really helps with weight gain and recovery. Will buy again.
