Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout. Our gift cards have no additional processing fees. The use of gift vouchers fall under the following terms and conditions-

VOUCHER DURATION: Vouchers are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. Cannot be redeemed after expiry date. A gift card cannot be used to purchase another gift card.

EMAIL VOUCHER: Email vouchers shall be provided free of charge to the email address provided at point of purchase. voucher code will go to your registered email.

REFUNDS: Vouchers are non-refundable & Gift Certificates cannot be exchanged for cash.

LIABILITIES: We are not responsible if a Gift Certificate is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission and no replacement will be provided in these circumstances. Gift cards cannot not be redeemed for cash. Gift Cards can only be purchased using BDT and can only be redeemed in the BDT. store and cannot be redeemed for International Orders.
