DIRECTIONS FOR XTEND

As a dietary supplement, mix one scoop per 8-10 oz. of water. Shake well and consume during exercise on training days, or throughout the day on non-training days. Directions for Xtend RTD: Consume one bottle immediately prior to, during, or after exercise. Directions for Xtend 100mg Caps: As a dietary supplement, take two (2) capsules with 8oz (240 mL) water. For best results consume 5 to 6 servings (10 to 12 capsules) daily, especially on training days or when dieting.

A Game Changer for My Workouts

Since I started using XTEND BCAA, I’ve noticed a big difference in how my body handles post-workout recovery. The soreness is reduced, and I feel more energized and less fatigued after every session. The taste is great, and it mixes well without leaving any clumps. Highly recommend it for anyone serious about their training.

Great for Post-Workout Recovery

This BCAA is my go-to after intense gym sessions. It helps with muscle soreness and speeds up recovery, allowing me to get back in the gym without feeling sore. I also noticed that I don’t feel as dehydrated as I used to, and it gives me that extra push to keep going. XTEND is now a staple in my routine.

Meh... Could Be Better

XTEND BCAA isn’t terrible, but it’s not great either. It didn’t do much for my recovery, and I didn’t notice any significant changes in my performance. The taste is pretty good, but I’ve had better experiences with other BCAAs. It’s a solid product, but I’m not sure it’s for me.

Solid Performance Enhancer

XTEND BCAA has been a great addition to my workout routine. It helps me push through the toughest workouts without feeling completely wiped out afterward. My energy levels are consistently better, and I don’t feel the usual muscle fatigue. I also love that it helps me stay hydrated. A solid product overall.

Not Worth the Price

I’ve been using XTEND BCAA for a month now, and while it does work to a certain extent, I don’t think it’s worth the price. There are other, cheaper options that provide the same results. The taste is decent, and it does help with muscle soreness, but I expected more for the cost.
