Great supplement to use when you need to get over that plateau.
I have been taking this on and off for over a year now and I still can’t get over how fast it works in conjunction with a decent diet and 4 day a week exercise.

Pros: appetite suppression, energy without jitters, energy during workout and quick results when paired with diet and exercise
Cons: makes me sweat, Tooth sensitivity after prolonged use, size of pills, feel queasy if taken on a empty stomach.

The photo above (after/before) is after a month of taking anywhere from 3-6 pills a day, depending on my activity level for the day.

I don’t see myself taking this consistently long term, but it is great in shorter increments (2-3 months) when I need a little kick to get to the next level.

have been on a ketogenic diet since January. Without going into too much detail I lost 35 pounds. However I had been at the same weight for the last two months and couldn't break through the plateau. I had ordered this in February but never got around to taking it since the weight was coming off easily. Last week I started taking 3 in the morning and two in the afternoon and in the last 5 days lost another 3 pound almost instantly. some of this was without a doubt water weight, but Lean Mode worked miracles.
