The product seems to work okay for energy, but the flavor is way too sweet. It’s like drinking pure syrup. I have to mix it with at least 500ml of water just to make it drinkable. If you don't like sugary tastes, you might struggle with this one.

If you want to sweat, this is the product for you! I take it 15 minutes before my weight training and within the first three sets, I am completely drenched. It really feels like my body is burning through fat stores for fuel. I chose the Cherry flavor and it tastes like a treat. I’ve already recommended this to all my friends at the local ladies' gym.

I was really excited to try this but my experience was poor. When the package arrived, the seal was slightly broken and the liquid had leaked all over the bubble wrap. I tried a small amount of what was left and the taste was extremely sour and chemical-like. I tried to contact customer service but didn't get a quick response. I think I will stick to the capsule version next time as this was a messy experience.
